The honeymoon is over...
Seems like it was yesterday when I decided I had to take a break from blogging to take on some other personal/professional/educational stuff that was going on in my life. I keep checking my style guide blogs list every day religiously, but I did not find time to blog, nor taking any pictures....but that did not stop me from shopping! Life has taken me on a rollercoaster ride that is just about to end: May 24th to be more precise, and I have to say: I thought I would never see the day!

How it's been so long?I know, but life has been crazy lately. I am still trying to get used to my new "schedule" which is insane!

Baking!
ORANGE & CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
150 gr flour
150 gr sugar
1 tbs baking powder
150 gr fondant chocolate
1 pealed orange
1 egg
100 gr butter
30 gr walnuts/hazelnuts (up to you)
Chocolate chip
Icing sugar to decorate
(Make sure you add the nuts and chocolate chips once you have mixed all the ingredients.
Oven 180º/30 mins)

Remember that tip that most fashionistas keep giving away? If it fits you, get it in different colors. Well, I thought that it only applied to jeans, sweaters, maybe tops if you want to push it, but Dello Russo just proved us wrong, once more, looking fabulous in Fausto Puglisi (twice).

During my summer holidays I stopped by London to visit my family and I had the chance to stop by one of the most amazing food markets ever! Needless to say I tried a few of these! This really made me give a second thought to my cooking lessons...

Back to reality...
After almost a month of holidays around the US, Spain & UK, I am back home, Madrid, who knows for how long...hopefully it won't be long! I am getting ready for VOGUE's Fashion Night Out & a few other events coming up. I have plenty of new clothes, shoes and other tricks to show you! Hopefully I can catch up soon with the pics now that I have my camera back!

And this is what she brought for dinner!
I knew I had to go to New York City one more time and have a glance at the shoe sale salon where I got my Miu Miu Wedges last year. I was actually looking for the Valentino studded pumps but just my luck, they did not have any pair left! So I found these amazing tri-color Mary Janes and I fell in love with them inmediately!
I also had some time to go to the McQueen exhibit at the MET: it was AMAZING!I have no words! I even got goosebumps when I saw some of his master piece creations. I strongly recommend everyone to go check it out! Just to let you know: get ready to queue and do not wear heels while you are waiting ;-)

Pink pants! Skinny, wide leg, pirates, rolled-up....I love them all! I have literally tried on every single one in Zara and I still cannot find one that fits just the way I want....I guess I will keep looking!
